This would be easy to do for R2 56. Just unpack my mod. It only requires editing one file (put the Trump image in the leaders image directory and change the name and image path in USA - USA.txt from the r256 files in history/countries) Im lazy enough to update this mod considering I havent played the game in quite awhile let alone multiple versions. So I wont upload a version for R256. The problem is paradox in their infinite wisdom didn't make it possible to make faction leaders modular and it requires editing a common file which obviously will cause mod conflicts.
Besides, as that country looks (took a vacation there a couple months ago) i bet they wish the US had anexed Mexico after its victory the Mexican-American War. One of the most perfect locations on the planet would be unbelievable if they had joined the US.
