Sorry JJTimothy, I just like to add a surpise to test people's driving skills! Of course in the real world you wouldn't nessesarily recieve a warning in advance of a signal at danger, especially given that this route doesn't have AWS. Glad you enjoyed it :)
JJTimothy Oct 2, 2018 @ 4:27pm
Enjoyed that but I note at least one comment about adverse signals when I didn't see any except right at the beginning. Should I have?

Its always good to find a scenario for the Weardale and Teesdale route that doesn't use any other assets. FYI I've added a link and brief description to the Friends of Darlington Railway Museum website.

Very Good Scenario you Certainly have to Brake Early. Thank you.
AirbourneAlex  [author] Jul 8, 2018 @ 6:56am
haha thanks David :) Yes, the brakes are a little poor especially given its a fully loaded coal train, making it quite challenging! Glad you enjoyed it.

A very enjoyable drive! --- thank you for producing. The brakes are not great, even with the 'Slug', so I nearly got caught out more than once with the adverse signals! Saved by a whisker! Regards, David.

hey i just want to see a route with an narrow guage line for corris railway trains down from a station on the corris line it will continue on until you get to a depot each time you do this you would have to change direction and head back down the narrow guage line and the depot at teesdale would have to be a station (near the depot) and end with buffers that is what its going to be

Gute Arbeit. Interessant. Danke
AirbourneAlex  [author] Jun 23, 2018 @ 1:17am
@trainboy101 it's included in the weardale and teesdale route. Just an obscure, often forgotten piece of rolling stock so I thought I'd give it some appreciation in this scenario :)

I always like to add a surprise here and there, keeps you concentrating! Thanks as always Chris.

Where do you get the DBT from
chris5012 Jun 23, 2018 @ 12:50am
Very nice scenario. First time I played it I got caught out by the first signal being at Danger. I sailed through it and probably killed a number of passengers on the DMU in the resulting collision!!:steamfacepalm: Second time the run went perfectly! Thanks for creating and sharing this.
