I just published a new update, see if that helps the issue. I've checked the frames manually and it loops perfectly in file, so unsure what the issue might be that causes the hitching when it's imported
I actually wrote a tool to convert images to ASCII art images [github.com] to do this: If you render a video to image (jpg, png) frames, you can batch process all of these with the tool, then combine these again (in a video editor) to an mp4 for Wallpaper Engine
