Thanks, I've just pulled in the individual mods that were in the pack and had a look, seems a few of them don't work well with the current game version anymore. You may want to let people know there are some compatibility issues. It seems to be directly related to the LAN/Internet waypoint/teleport UI being different than single player, and that breaks for some reason.
Playing with a subset now which works fine. Thanks for your effort and good luck!

Unfortunetely I do not have a reliable way to test this issue in MP. Sorry but I just stopped playing torchlight and am putting my time into productive ventures like my school instead. :) there are several other compilation mods out there.

Hey Bandit, I seem to run into a very big problem with your mod. Just having the CORE mod active and nothing else, I can't use waypoint portals or waypoints whenever I am in a multiplayer game (LAN or Internet) -- but single player works fine. What gives? Is there any way for me to work around this? Thanks in advance.

this is likely because you are using modified loot, that is your own issue.

There seems to be an issue for me with the vendor boon scrolls, they drop like candy. Is there any way I can fix the drop ratio as they are so common it is a bit broken.

The reason that I could not publish is because steam actually has TWO lists of mods for me, one list of mods for when I launch GUTS from a direct link on my task bar. The other list of mods is when I launch GUTS from INSIDE STEAMS API. lol before I made it a direct link to the GUTS program I didnt realize that it was the exact time all the steam workshop items dissapeared and a new list appeared.... so anyways I can now update all my old files just by launching GUTS through steam.

So what were the issues ? I believe there are some other mods that also got abandoned / migrated because of Steam. So if there is a fix, t would be good to know...

Huge update to this version, I have figured out why steam workshop was having issues and this version is becoming the CORE edition which will not contain all the balance changes that are included in PRIME.

It has been two days now that I have been unable to release under this modID so unfortunately I will be migrating to another version. This version of the mod will be stable and work fine and dandy for everything it already did, but this will be the final version of THIS modID. There will be no more updates and this version will stay here for convenience sake. The updated version can be found at its New Home

The mod works fine in multiplayer as far as I know. Mainly the resume going straight to single player is the only big difference for someone who wants to mainly play multiplayer, and in that case you would just use the load screen to go to MP. If any of the mods in this have given you glitches in MP let me know in the troubleshooting thread, or start a new thread up.

are you sure you are not loading them in the right order, make sure you place your resurrection mod above this mod to overwrite the files. I tested the mod you pointed out and its working fine if you put it at higher priority.

Ugh, the latest update included "Resurrect in Place" that seems to override and conflict with Free Entrance Resurrection. Bind order doesn't fix it either, I didn't realize until it tried to spank me with a massive rez hit. I love the compilation otherwise

Hey everyone, i love this mod but i wanted to point out that the work CRITICAL was misspelled lol.. Everytime i Crit it says CRICITAL.. all else is amazing so far

You are not supposed to use the compatibility patch unless you are using both synergiesmod AND bigger inventory or bigbagmod. It shows the loading order as well on the compatibility patch page.

Aha. I figured out what was causing the issue for me. It was your compatability patch. I dont know what exactly was causing the issue, but once I removed it my pets inventory was working as they were supposed to.

Nice pack.
I am having some pretty weird and annoying issues though. My pets inventory seems to always be full now, and I dont see any of the UI changes included in the Pet and Fishing Overhaul mod.

Thank you for the pack, reliable updates, and saving me the effort of doing it myself. This pack is much more unbiased and compatible than most others. I'm not forced to use Bagmod over the Bigstash mod as an example. I see you did a very good job getting permissions as well.

@ticktockrob That would take so much of my time it is not worth it. If the mod is not right for you, then there are other compilations available. the compilation has already been modified to keep it compatible with as many other mods as is possible, while still serving its purpose: To let me play torchlight2 with the mods I like. I made this mod public so that I can share the same opportunity to the rest of you guys. I will not be making multiple versions for different mods and blah blah blah. nope. one version. this is it.

I think it would be nice if your selection had a set that definitely didn't conflict with other mods, but I guess that might be hard going...but I'm sure most of the mods in your set do not....it seems that it may only be the fishing ones that do, and perhaps the pet ones....

perhaps you could do two versions...a complete one, with ones that may conflict with others (like BAGMOD), and a lite one, which doesn't have them all, but the ones that it does, will never conflict (such as beautiful damage, a hud enhancement, different item colours etc).

That way you'd keep everyone happy, I'd say!

@ticktockrob you can always try using my compatibility patch for synergies and bigger inventory and everything will work perfectly together. :) But most likely you will need to reroll your save file if it has a lot of dependencies from other mods.

@zParticle, so is it the pet and fishing mods that cause BAGMOD not to work? That's a real pain, as the other mods are very useful...I haven't explored the fishing mod as yet though, so don't actually know how useful it is!

No, I will clarify in the description that I removed that portion of the overhaul to maximize the compatibility. If you run the fishing overhaul on top of this mod the pet slots will show up. :)

A quick question- I run Bagmod Lite- which adds stash pages without affecting player or pet inventory- I thought. But I am not able to see the necklace and ring slots from Pet and Fishing Overhaul- it it Bagmod Lite after all?

I attempted to create a fish that would add a passive permanent buff of pet return duration and it comes out as a cheated item so I guess they don't want you doing that :3 sorry. Or it could be from me force spawning the item? Ill try to put it in a vendor inventory and buy it to see if it still shows as a cheated item.

K got that sorted out, the item does not display as cheated when you have it in a vendor inventory. The issue though is that the fish buff does not stay on your pet after you save and quit... :P gotta figure out how to make it permanent.

@ticktockrob My personal mod loadout would be:

CTA BI SYN compatibility patch
CTA
Bigger Inventory
Synergies Highloot
Synergies

then I load any number of the other mods I'm testing out with the extra slots.

I will make a mod that introduces the "vendor fish" that you can run on top the other mods to buff your pet to have 100% reduced town travel making it instant. Then you get the same effect of the pet being an endless storage because emptying the pet would take seconds. Keep an eye out for that one coming up soon. :)

@zParticle I would have to agree about that! Personally it breaks up the constant fighting in the game to just sit and go through your inventory once in a while.

What zParticle is saying is correct. The pet and fishing overhaul mod edits a lot of pet .dat files. These .dat files overwrite the ones put into place by inventory mods, hence why you need to run the compatibility patch. .

I sort of like the faffing about, but to each their own. Any of the shared stash mods are safe to use with just about anything, and accommodate your excess inventory without changing the game's basic inventory management or affecting character saves.

The pet and fishing overhaul is the specific cause of the incompatibility with the other inventory mods since both modify the same files. A shared stash mod wouldn't conflict.

Thanks for your help on this, and no worries. I didn't notice if my pet's inventory was still present at the vendor though.

So why is there an issue with this mod and those which increase the size of the inventory? I don't really understand that, as none of the other mods are doing anything that should cause this...that I know of.

If it were possible to instal each of the mods in your collection separately, would I have the same issue?

What, if any, bigger inventory mods do you suggest to use? I did try the bigger inventory mod a while back, but didn't like it. I like BAGMOD far more. It's really made the game more enjoyable by not having to always sell stuff and faff about in the middle of dungeons.

@ticktockrob this is because you cannot see your pets inventory because the mod is overwriting the pet's .dat file and saying to look for its inventory in the PLAYER_BAG_ARMS container, but bigbagmod and biggerinventory created new containers called PET_BAG_ARMS that is where your items are being stored. Do you notice that you can see your pets inventory at the merchant window? The truth is, this compilation is compatible with vanilla. BigBadMod is not. Eventually there will need to be a compatibility patch created for users of CTA and BigBagMod because of the nature of the modifications in BBM. Sorry you are having issues, but that is what happens when you are trying to make so many mods play nicely with each other. As for the ETA on the compatibility patch... Its pretty low priority for me since the game is working perfectly for me with this mod, my compatibility patch, bigger inventory and synergies. When I have extra time one of these weeks Ill do that patch for you.

As it stands, I only have 1 pet inventory page, which is empty, and am being told that it is full. It is not a case of me wanting 30 pages but can only have 10.

I realise you may not be able to help, but clearly there are issues with your mod and BAGMOD, as far as I can tell. As it stands, I can not recommend your mod as it ruins save files which have BAGMOD, a popular and very useful mod.

I tried mod unbinder, and it worked - I lost consumable items though, and some gems....a bit of a pain really.
