You can just replace the sound file in the mod's sounds directory with whatever you want technically. If you want it to persist through updates you can use Fluffy's Mod Manager to make a copy of the mod and then change it.

My one single issue with this mod is that it isn't a few seconds longer. And also that I wish it would play when anything died not just colonists and prisoners.

I forgot I had this installed until my pet monkey was killed by raiders. It was the perfect way to announce the loss of a beloved friend and pet.
