Are you using any other mod that messes with the iventory file for gems? Even if it's a mod that adds more gems instead of modifiying the stacks. Because when it comes to the inventory files, mods that change them are not compatible with each other and only the one at the top of the load order will apply. If you know how to check mod files you could look on the folders for the mods you installed and check if they have base.gem.inventory.items.darkest on the inventory folder if they do that is the reason only gems are not stacking.

Not sure if its just me but the gems don't seem to be applying the mod but the supplies and other resources do

Okay, I checked again. Shard Dust is still stackable to 12, it's strictly just Blood that's still capped at 6.

Yeah, since this mod only touches eventory files and dlc inventory files it should be compatible with any mod that doesn't touch the same files. I can take a look at it later to see if they changed anything on the DLC.

Unless Red Hook Studios changes the base game and/or DLC json files this mod doesn't really need an updated as it is simply a number edit on the inventory files.

The Wine Crate problem is definitely not this mod as it doesn't touch curios at all. It is definitely one of the class you are using that is touching more files than it should. Try moving this mod to the top of the load order if the Blood and Shard Dust stacks are still not fixed I can redownload the game and look into the game files to see if anything changed and then update the mod; however, I really can do nothing about curio problems this mod doesn't touch the crious file at all.

Okay, this mod is likely not being updated any more, but I feel like it still bears reporting. I'm not sure if it's a load order issue, but Blood is still at 6 vials per stack rather than 12 (likewise for Shard Dust), and I suspect this mod is also causing it so Wine Crate curios aren't dropping Firewood when Shovels are used anymore.

I am unsure what is causing it, or if it is another mod, though I don't think it's any other mod I'm using since they're class mods or don't affect inventory.

For some reason I can't find the firewood anymore.

There was an error with the jute tapestry stack. I updated the mod it should be stacking properfly now. I can't reproduce the issue with the trapezohedron stack though it was stacking just fine on my end.

Portraits stack is better ratio than the other heirlooms. Gold stack ratio is also more than 2x, while gems are 2x. Respect peoples OCDs.

If you have changed the values on the game folder then the reason the changes are not applied is because you have my mod enabled since mods always override everything on the game files no matter what you do as long you have the mod enable for that save.

So if you are changing the inventory files inside the game folder you don't need this mod neither any other inventory mod, they would just be loaded instead of the changes you made.

Those values are set to the base game's defaults. Are you recommending uninstalling the mod then adjusting? When I change the values in the inventory folder, my stacks are still set to the mod's default size.

You can edit the mod if you go to:
...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1377930793\inventory

You could also just edit the values on the game folder, but make a backup first just in case:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\inventory
Heirlooms - base.currency.inventory.items.darkest
Gems & Relics - base.gem.inventory.items.darkest
Antiquarian's Extra Gold Stack - base.inventory.extra_stack_limits.darkest
Quest Item - base.quest_item.inventory.items.darkest
Supplies - base.supply.inventory.items.darkest

Those are the files for inventory. You can just edit them with any text editor.

Did you activate the mod? Click on the blue icon to side of the save you are using and it will open a list with all downloaded mods, you need to check mark the mods there, only the checkmarked mods will be active on the corresponding save file.

What a pleasent to find this mod after all the expeditions that I had to ignore the gems and golds to carry more supplies for my men

I do have that mod; however, early game the entries are a decent source of money at 1,000 gold each, and it'd be neat to stack them. Thanks for the quick response though, this really doesn't matter a whole lot.

Journals are effectively considered different items because they contain data and as such can not be stacked.

You could try this mod intead https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1372094036 it autosaves journal pages so you can read them at the Ancestor's Statue, you just open the journal inside the dungeon so it can be autosaved after that you can discard the journal no need to bring it back.

Does this stack Journal Entries by any chance?

Just redownload the mod, unsubscribe wait a few seconds for the mod files to be deleted then subscribe again. I fixed the torches stack and reuploaded the mod before going to sleep yesterday. So Tilawin since you posted 1h ago you really shouldn't be having the issue maybe your steam client didn't download the update it happens some times.

You could try a manual installation, go to the mod folder \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060\1377930793 copy the 2 folders inside (dlc & inventory). Then go to the game folder \Steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon paste the 2 folders you just copied and replace anything it as to replace.

The down side of manual installation is that to unnistall you'll have to right click on Darkest Dungeon on your steam library select Properties > Local Files then click on Verify Integrity of the Game Files and wait for it to finish. On the other hand it's less buggy than installing through the workshop.

I was pretty sure I changed the torches to 12, but looking at the files now it really says 8. I guess I forgot to save after changing it.

Another of my mods was having the same issues, seems there was an upload error. I check the files and reauploaded the mod. There is a chance you might have to unsubscribe and subscribe again because some times the workshop doesn't seem to download updades before running the game.
