@Eryxienne, well, I lead my shots at least, i like to be as conservative and effective as possible. And because i usually play with one of verrater's sniper rifles, what you describe is a slow and time wasting process.

@A huge disappointment - You really don't... the average player will range the shot, by shooting where the target is, then working their aim horizontally or vertically until they start getting hits.

you need to know bullet speed so you know how far ahead or behind the target to fire, since travel time is a thing in RavenField.

R = Red Dot

PDW = Personal Defense Weapon (For games like this, it's generally an SMG)
PDW/R = PDW & Red Dot

LMG = Light Machine Gun (High ammo amount)
LMG/E = LMG & EOTech 512

DMR = Designated Marksman Rifle
DMR/I = DMR & Ironsights

I have to post the definitions of each and every one of the gun-types just to remove the confusion people some times have.

The XM8-R has a peculiar bug where my game freezes as my character spawns in with the gun.

It continues to run and it "un-sticks" by alt-tabbing out and back in, but it's still rather annoying. It might be related to the scope, as the bots don't trigger it, and none of the other variants of the gun do it.
