So, everyone who's saying this mod should be worked on and updated, there is currently a group doing exactly that. If you click on the Paradox Forum Page link, it'll take you to the mod page, and going to the most recent posts will show people discussing working on the mod

This mod was my favorite thing. I really hope it isn't abandoned. It's fine playing rolled back but I really would love to see the changes that were mentioned online and be able to use it with all the DLC

I demand to update the mod! This is great, but the developer seems to have forgotten about it. The description says that the mod will be updated further, but in fact this is not the case. He was in a stupor for almost two years. There are a lot of comics that continue this story, but it's not in fashion. Please remember about fashion!
