Does this bind to characters? or can it be added and removed at leisure and characters just convert back to 100 once removed?

@Masota: if you subscribed, then the mod is automaticaly installed to torchlight 2. you just need to activate it as a mod when launching torchlight 2.

@everyone: I'm not the creator of the mod, but no it's not possible to make it LAN/multiplayer after lvl 100. It's hard-coded within TL2 engine, you would have to ask TL2 devs to do it

It seems the developer of this mod is dead, it's very sad here too....

causes my game to crash continuously.

I've been thinking of installing this mod. Is there anything I should know or do before I play with it installed?

does the mod auto lvl you to 500 or do you have to do it yourself?

Note that this WILL BREAK LAN GAMES, because lan games are created with a level range 1-100, so if your character gets leveled to >100, now you can't LAN play anymore, even if your friends use this mod as well. Kriss: any chance you can figure out how to patch TL2 to allow LAN games for level 1-500 instead of 1-100?

So do weapons not go past level 100, even with the mod?

Is there any way to make this work in multiplayer? Once I get past 100, I can't join any games even with my gaming group who uses all the same mods. Any ideas on how to get around this issue?

Good idea overall for fame.
Perhaps could be interesting to give names for each rank instead of "unatainable' or something like that.
For example after demigog,Phoenix,angel, archangel, Promethée, Lucifer, Baal, .... imagine

In ng5+ I looted skulls and embers that say lv 150 or higher and they require items to be lv 140 or over to insert these sockets in.

This makes me want a equipment mod that can make any lv99/105 equipment set if all 10/10 are worn = character level. The same should apply on lv105 ledengary weapons. The lv 150+ embers and skulls we loot should be usable instead of sold.

I can confirm what Zanne said about the incompatiblity with Synergies. It worked for several days and then started crashing on multiplayer join. Maybe due to the other mods that were added into this one?

Synergies seems to be incompatible with the level and fame (v1) mod in the workshop? Every time I try to play a multiplayer game with synergies and that mod, the game crashes immediately. I tested it extensively for a good couple of hours with a friend and it is definitely synergies and the level/fame mod that seem to be causing the problem. Anyone know why?

This isn't a map, and should be removed fromt he Maps category. When you make a map you can tag your mod as a map.

The higher lvls are nice, but it would really be nice to be able to level our skills above 10 15 or 25, like if the skills could be leveled to a max of 50 or 100, to go along with my level getting to 500 or 600.

I wonder, are there additional names for the 167 new tiers of fame? :P

Mod would be cool if it works with multiplayer. Tryed a mod like this before and had that problem even thoe it was just a lan set up and other pc had all the same mods. Once you hit level 101 you have to play solo. But dont get me wronge thankyou for the mod just need one that works with multiplayer.
