UPDATE - Another progress update for you. The mod is 99% done just one final issue to crack...ICONS. They are f***ked every time I go in-game and I'm trying every solution my brain can come up with. I'm troubleshooting with other modders and Larian about it and fingers-crossed a workaround can be found. Don't worry guys it's so close now.

UPDATE- Alright quick progress update. With the new engine officially out I've already begun converting the mod over to Definitive standards HOWEVER... there are currently some issues with the new engine in that I can't access some stats or skill data without it automatically crashing to desktop preventing me from working on it. I'm getting fantastic help from Odinblade so when the engine is working properly I'll be working even faster to reupload the mod.
Sorry for the wait, trust me it's irritating me too but I'm doing what I can with what I've got.

Can't until the new engine is released next week. Some modders are in a closed beta with the engine that Larian gave them. For now you'll have to wait like me.

@Grey Smoke Wolf, don't worry I'll be sure to make a new version or update it. It will take time as I haven't yet seen the engine editor options for Definitive Edition yet. When I've seen it and understood it I'll patch it. It may be few days until then.

@WordBearer94 If possible, please make a version of this mod to work with the new Definitive Edition. Aswell as versions for all the other Demon based mods you have made with the demon subclass spells, vendor, and the boss you added. I would also love to see a few options for appearances on the Demon Race mod if that could b done too.

@Malevolent_BR Not 100% sure what your asking. If you're asking for a demon race but using the Adramalikh boss body I'm sorry to say I've tried this in the past. The model doesn't have enough animations that is needed for a player character which is why I made it into a summon. The model has rendering, placeholder and animation issues when assigned to a player. Sorry but unless Larian fix it, it's a no go :(

@WordBearer94 Thank you so much for trying to make this a GM Mode! I will tell you the results Best I can when I am able. At the moment though, It doesn't come up as a GM Mode since it doesn't have the GM Tag, So When you think it is test ready in GM, please Tag it so I can try it out. I would love to see this brought alive in GM Story

Here's the skill I canceled a long time ago, now that I figured out how to code it, INFERNAL ARMS. Pay for it with your own blood but for a great damage boost. Let me know if it's too strong and I'll tone it down a tad.

@aaa Ok despite me saying those points, a few minutes after I typed them them up I put Doctor Who on in the background while I worked. The episode was about the devil jailed up around a black hole and the episode gave me an idea for a tier 3 SP skill. So I have now made CALL FORTH THE LEGION and hope that satiates your SP desire :)

@aaa Three things:
1. Some of the other custom classes I've seen have only 1 or none so I'm happy with giving you two SP abilities.
2. I'm struggling to think of a unique Tier 3 SP skill to both top what I've done and not just rip-off another in-game spell or another modders hard work.
3. While I would love to give you a new SP spell, now I've figured out how to make my own effects I now want to make cool unique looking effects with my spells so it's another layer of design I need to consider.

Yeah so I would like to make an ultimate demon SP 'f**k the world' ability, I'm just thinking what I would make and how while writing up my next class. Any ideas, please holler I'd love to hear :)

Hey all, after hours trying to understand the effects editor (and playing stellaris and warhammer which slightly distracted me) I've finally cracked today how to make, compile and insert new effects into the game...WWWOOOO HHHHOOOO. The new effect with the update is simply changing the face effect on DEAL WITH THE DEVIL to look red and more unique but more importantly something you won't see in-game without the mod. I know it's something small and nothing to be hyped about but now being able to do this means I can add more cool and unique stuff to the mod. Any ideas for cool new effects are endorsed and wanted and I hope you enjoy the work I've put into this.

As it adds new effects and scripts there always the chance for overlooked clashes or bugs so any probs PLEASE contact me :)

@Accel Ok without pictures it's tricky but I'll try my best to help:
Start Engine up
At top select New Project
Select Add-On, Load data from story and name your project
Enter Sandbox (it's there if you want to test your skills)
Look at top bar where it says 'Editors' (These are your editors for everything in the engine)
Go to 'StatsEditor'
On left hand side you will see 3 Projects files called 'Shared', 'Divinity Original Sin 2' and 'whatever you named your Project'
'Shared' has 99% of all the in-game spells for you to check out
'Divinity Original Sin 2' has mainly quest related or NPC exclusive spells so try to refrain from messing with them
'Project Name' is where your hand made mods will go

@WordBearer94 that is something, how did you change existing spells in game, i dont find any of it, i dont even find the slitest things for mod creation. Why should i take a Map, uf i just want to create skills or change them. My Dream is to create a Troll class with troll blod etc, but i really dont understand anything....It would be really helpful if you say how i come to the skill section or something like this ^^

@Accel Hey there, glad to see you love the mod. If your asking for a comprehensive guide on how to make skills with the editor... I'm the wrong person to ask. There's no guide or manual with the editor so I had to plunge head first into the tools and see what I could learn from messing about. My first skill I made was a test of just turning 'Flaming Daggers' into 'Water Daggers'. They still looked like flaming daggers, I just turned them into water damage. From there I just started tweaking in-game spells till I learned the little tricks to make my own. From there I just let imagination and inspiration take over.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Just uploaded a Submod that takes away the source point cost for the two source skills. Just sub to it, activate it and ensure it's placed after the main mod and your good to go to ravage your enemies. Have fun :)

I get that some people don't entirley want the source mechanic in their games and I'll upload a different version of the mod today that requires no source points. Hope that satisfies your playthrough :)

I just want to say this is a great mod and so far I have found little to no issues with anything. The only problem I am facing is the combination between this mod and the "No more source mod". While I enjoy the challenge of needing source, I just want to play casually with my friend. With the "No more Source" mod, I am still needing source to cast these mods. Are there any plans to try and fix this?

Hey all, sorry I've been radio silent recently I was in the countryside away from all my tech and s**t to discover this weird new concept called 'fresh air'... I didn't care for it much. Anyway I'm back and think enough time has past to bump up the source skills to actually use source now so hope you enjoyed feeling powerful with no strings attached but the kid gloves unfortunetly need to be taken off now. I'll be continuely checking up on the skill balance and bug lists so please keep the inputs coming in :)

Another thing, I'm drafting up another class mod that will be titled 'CHAMPION OF THE SWORN' and will be thematically based around those individuals who want to reveal the true power of the God-Kings followers. Any recomendations for skills, names, fresh ideas and just general chit-chat please drop a comment and I'll keep an eye out and get back to you.

Keep fighting and may Divinity be yours. (F**k sake I'm such nerd)

@Cuckunt Thanks for the comment. I understand that it's not for everyone but the idea is that the individual using these skills is trading flexibility for raw untamed power. Pretty sure in fiction those wanting demonic powers aren't getting them for other peoples sake. Their getting them to atain power for themselves and screw everyone else over.

Great mod, but I am sad to see after testing it myself that it is not very party-oriented. Since most skills cost 3 AP, Lone Wolf is kind of a must, and I liked the appeal of the class using blood and Necromancy to be enough of a meat shield for my party.
