Good craftsmanship on the model/texture, but the item itself is less than desirable (an earlier toupee for Heavy is one of the least wanted items in the game).

i can see you clearly put alot of work into it but i'd say change the name cause it sounds to much like the tough guys toque.

It just looks like The Engineer Pencil hat refitted for the Heavy :/

It just doesn't work for the heavy. Then again, I am usually biased against hair "hats", so I may not be the best judge.
