Item appears but no conversation. Click to use the item but that does nothing.

it does not initiate conversation for me. am i doing something wrong?

Does not seem to work, at least not with PRC. I could get the item to spawn but the conversation window never appeared.

Can confirm this works in October 2022. In single player obviously with DebugMode 1. Thanks for creating it. Highly useful for Bladeflight, which is an amazing epic campaign I recommend

I just used this to spawn the item and change my alignment from good to evil to make a paladin/blackguard, both in HotU and another premium module in NWN EE.

I did not use the chatbox instructions above, but rather, I used the console. Like Tsunami below stated, press your ` key, which should pop the console in the top left. Type "DebugMode 1" without the quotes. Then, hover your mouse over a location on the ground next to your character and type "dm_spawnitem gnam_1", again without quotes. The item should appear on the ground. Type "DebugMode 0" (again, no quotes) in the console to turn off DebugMode.

Pick up the item and use the unique power to open the dialog. Works great.

Doesn't work anymore. Don't listen to the people who say it does. It does not. The item is dead.

It works. You have to just press ` and then type DebugMode 1. After that dm_spawnitem gnam_1. And in the end DebugMode 0. Just remember that you have to pull your cursor on the place where you want this item to spawn. Because otherwise you wont be able to spawn/pick up this item that allows you to change your alignment.

does this work with the new re-release?

Ok, ok I originally put this file in the NWN "main" override folder, after writing my above comment I thought I would take a chance and put it in the MyDocuments/NWN folder where I put future mods into. Well now it works.Little pop-up screen comes up....niiiiiice..!!

Weird. It no longer works. I'm trying to use it in Shadows of Undrentide, too.

After meddling for a bit with this, I discovered that the hashtags were unnecessary. I was able to spawn the item without using those in the console commands and the alignment changes worked perfectly.

The file path should be your steam apps workshop content folder under 704450, file number 1348285439 if you need to copy those over to your documents folder.

@Eilanzer you said that sometimes it doesnt download to the right folder is their a certain folder it goes to if it does that so i know where to look and then move it to???

@Unihog It's the same process for the core campaign, except you replace the second command with:
##dm_runscript gnam_1_manually
It will bring up the window instead of giving you the item (which doesn't work in core). Be sure to key in the final command before messing with the window!

What can you use for the original campaign?

hey i just get an error saying "**function dm_spawnitem_gnam_1 not found" any tips to what i can do?? i misclicked in the first act of SOU campaign and opted to keep all the artifacts, driving me from LG to NG so i can't progress as a paladin...

@thorveras just try to subscribe again tillit works and wait some time for steam to download...steam workshop for some reason sometimes dont download the mod properly to the right folder =/
