Just wondering if there is way to access the pdfs outside of the game (Downloading them or be sent them) I actually backed the kickstarter years ago but only got around to trying to play it now. Found that the rules and all the campaign books for the core box and stretch goals weren't in it. Tried contacted CMON but they haven't been helpful yet.

and if you can probably see the image work I use to make them are just the artwork on the player mats. Some are easy to pull out but others take a lot of time since I've been making them transparent images and not just large boxes.
If anyone wants to pick it up, that'd be fine and I can incorporate everything into the mod so it's all in one place with credit, of course. I don't have the raw image files I was using on hand at the moment, it's on another computer, but I can try to upload those somewhere to give everyone a rough idea what I was doing with it and save some time.
As sleeve81 asked, is there any way we could help make the standees happen? I'd be happy to scan or edit PC images to whatever format or size you need to help get them into the game- I have the boxed game or could use game art since I don't know how you'd turn minis into standees otherwise. Please let me know if I can help!
With work being fairly hectic it's hard to get time and motivation to align. I'll see if I can't put more work into it. Please let me know if anything appears missing as it's been some time since I've worked on this and my memory is hazy.

Was wondering if you had a chance to look into the base tinting issue. I found this doc which has some description on how to do it. I'm getting ready to start importing figures so was hoping to see if you had a solution before I started :)

The game is playable for at least the main campaign. I 'm working on adding the kickstarter and expansions at this time.
It's going to take me time to get the rest of the characters, agents, and then also turn them into figurines.
Since you seem knowledgeable in these things, maybe you can look into the other issue I asked him about: getting the bases to be the only part of the model that tint rather than the whole thing. This would really help the Rising Sun mod.
Here's info I posted to him, but I don't know if he ever really looked at:
"I found a better document for the process that explicity states how to do the tint thing in blender... Page 44 of this:

Just replace mesh with: http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/928185774024740216/8A52F233EA9DCABD059FBFF7E90C022EF8D145EE/
(your Rising Sun mod has the same issue btw)
I'm going to work on re-uploading all the assets left for the base game. the only things left to scan are character dashboards and then the overlay tiles to see if I can make them look nicer. I've already started to get most of the 'figurines' in so the game is pretty close to being 'releasable'. maybe I'll re-release when the base game content is done and start adding in more as I go.
The maps are... rough. I attempted to save money by getting pictures of them instead of scanning, but there was a perspective angle I had to correct on all of them so far. I means they may not look the best, but it's what I've got for now.
It would totaly worth rescan if you have time for this.
