For some reason none of your models are showing up when i sub to them. Any reason for this you think?

It's because i haven't converted it to ValveBiped, it uses her original skeleton

You gotta convert the mesh into smd's, prepare a QC and compile

Yes and no, i never ported models to gmod with original bones but i would give it a go
