Does this also remove DJ's narrative in bar room? I like his narratives but it seems gone after I installed this mod

Can this be used to stop the random garbled walkie-talkie sound bites that play when you are in the Geoscape map or other certain sections of the UI? They're not tied to any specific character and it don't have any subtitles but they are distracting. Can this be added?

I thought Vahlen was annoying in EU... After seeing the monstrosity that Central has become, I'd take Vahlen harassing my Heavies 100/100 times. At least Vahlen has a cute accent...
