Early Etruscan armies would rely on:

Velites (Italic-style skirmishers)

Starts with Hoplitic Warfare instead of legion training

Later upgrades to Samnite Integration and Italic Armor Reforms

Unique icons: round shield, bronze cuirass, Etruscan axe

Haruspices and Omens – Grants public order bonuses

City League Councils – Improves edict system, unlocks advanced government types

Greek Literacy – Boosts research rate and diplomacy

Armor and helmets resembling early Roman and Greek styles: bronze cuirasses, crested helmets (including the Etrusco-Corinthian type).

Use of the round shield (aspis) as well as early scutum-style shields for some units.

Units may display religious tattoos, bronze adornments, and rich cloaks indicating aristocratic heritage.

Standards with stylized animals or lightning bolts, referencing Etruscan religious symbolism and divination.

can you make one for rise of the republic? I'm trying to play with friends as Sardinian tribes but the other sardinian tribes dont have victory goals with other unlockers, or even politics.

This is set in the startpos file. When I created the mod, I tried several things to implement family trees but they did not work. I think I got in in one of the dlc mods, but it is so much to change and I I do not have the time to implement it since I'm no longer actively playing and modding Rome II anymore.

Most unplayable factions are starting without family tree, the ruler is only in the other nobles and not creating children, can i change this, perharps with a submod oder something??

Civil war is only implemented for vanilla factions and does not work for any unlocked faction. It's just ignored by the game and I haven't found any solution.

Well I played as the unlocked Sagarta, expanded until I had two terretories, one for my party and one for the other party, gave them a general, purged them until secession chance was 100% and...no civil war happened after 10 turns of 100% secession chance.

So my guess civil wars don't work with this mod.

Do civil wars work in your unlockers for other campaigns? If the family tree exists does that means civil wars will 100% work?

And there's little chance you'll get family trees / secession working in the Grand Campaign?

I am a bit disappointed as it looks like some very fun/hard factions in Grand Campaign. Oh well, hopefully civil wars work in the other campaigns?

So if I use the Sack Liberate Subjugate mode, and try to Liberate a settlement that belongs say to Pontus, would that settlement faction be one of those playable in any campaign. For example in the grand campaign Medhlan belongs to the Insurbes but when I take it as Rome the rebels appear as Leponti, and it the settlement is freed the emergent faction is the Leponti.

Meroe has been removed with the desert kingdoms dlc and replaced by Kush as dlc faction.

Hi Nor Dogroth, I have just read your description of the Iberian Cessetani saying there are no visible remains left of them, but there are some! One of them being the Ciutadella de Calafell. Highly recommend visiting, it has been rebuilt by historians and you can visit the medium sized Cessetani settlement! :winter2019happybulb:

No problem, now I'm using "All faction unlocked (outdated)" and seems works fine : I have a familiy tree, even if the game playing with 4 turns per year.
