Allahu Akbar actually translates to "God is great", as 'Allah' is 'God' in Arabic.

It's called Palestinian Alarm Clock, implying that everyone Palestinian is an anti-semetic terrorist. And Allah akbar is what islam extremists yell when suicide bombing. So yes, this could be offensive to people.
