Link to song you're listening to, and/or application you're listening from, and audio settings (OS, app and audio amp volumes).
In my recent update in making the audio amp slider (near the bottom of options) more sensitive. It also changes the bass sensitivity. If you go to, let's say 100, then just about any sound at all will make things move. You might have to close wallpaper engine to get the update, let me know if this helps :)
