One of the temples provides a reduction for rings. Unfortunately, reductions are game hardcoded to only be possible on mixed and negative anomalies.

I noticed that all the rings types are relabeled as mixed anomalies rather than positive ones with the mod enabled. I also could not find any reductions for said anomalies. I'm unsure if this is a bug, or if you have any future plans for them.

Would you consider patching the AnomalyDefinition for the unexplored moons records with <PlanetFilterNot>PlanetTypeDestroyedGas</PlanetFilterNot>? I found when testing my own mod "Initially Destroyed Worlds" that the engine very much does not enjoy moon-type anomalies being present on destroyed gas giants. Normally this is irrelevant since there are none at the start of the game and planet destruction removes them, but it would help avoid conflicts between the two mods.

This mod seems to work with extended galaxy settings if you load EGS after moons. Haven't tested extensively but I did load an anomaly rich map with a specific number of planets and some did have the assorted moon anomalies.

Such a cool mod and I am glad it works with anoms. Sci fi moon use is a clever way to expand on the game and makes a lot of sense. :)

Ah, I see what you mean. I've only ever noticed that tip at the bottom of the full description (with the picture, text, and stats) I removed it to make room, as some of the descriptions are rather large (temples, mainly) and if they get too big for the screen, they don't show at all. Removing it saved a couple lines. I hadn't realized that tip appears upon mousing over the anomaly symbol as well.

The normal tooltip (when you hover over the name of the anomaly/moon) appears correctly, hovering over the icon results in this phenomenon

I've never seen that before and tooltips normally appear in the bottom left corner, so I'm not sure what to make of that.

The pop increasing effects were slightly nerfed not too long ago. If it was an older save, that could be it too.

@tychonoir no worries. I was pretty sure that was the case as I remember losing max pop after developing my moon, but hard to verify as I co gobies my save and the game ended up doing funky stuff as soon as max pop went to 14+ pop (I think this is a known issue?)

Sorry about late response. It should be both. A moon still counts as explored even after being developed. If this is not happening, let me know.

Wrong, most of those mods are NOT compatible to each other. The game may "run" but the mods will NOT "work" fine.

Hmm, doubt it's that then. There was an old bug for a long while where third party security software didn't like how the game accessed savegame folders/files.

I uninstalled Endless moons and the palette mod. Tested a new game with only ESG installed. Same issue. Seems to be the mod thats causing the problem.

Thank you for the reply. I just started the save today. Same thing happened a few days ago with only those 3 mods installed. I guess the only way to troubleshoot is to play with one mod installed at a time. The problem is I saved after starting the game and it loaded just fine. It only happens when I'm a certain amount of turns in. Then it refuses to load. Lots of errors in the log file but I can't make sense of it.

It could be a lot of things, depending on how old the save file is. As long as your game isn't from before re-awakening, it's unlikely something from Endless Moons is causing it.

I am experiencing an issue with corrupted save files that wont load. I can start a new game just fine but the game says an error occurred when attempting to load a save. Im only using 3 mods. Endless Moons, ESG 1.6, and Rare elements palette mod. Is there a fix for this?

Hello im having similar issues to endlesstales0 Where the text is missing on anomalies. My issues only with two that i have noticed so far Hollow planet and Friendly locals and both are missing text for just the population cap increase so i only see +1. Started asking on ESG 1.6 and he has fixed it on his mod which i tested and it does work with just his mod on. But after putting endless moons back on it will be gone. The only other mods i use are two color mods which i have tested also and they have not negative effect on it. Tested with fresh games for these results.

The problem of course these errors trigger the logs which always slow down the game. They are not load errors but happen during game play and there are hundreds of them in my logs.

I had a game breaking error when I was playing and modding that completely broke the Academy after exploring a moon. I chalked it up to a conflict with something I modded, but I have noticed some odd GUI behaviors from the moon mod as well, I am inclined to believe something is indeed wrong.

Dang, I hit delete, I really do not like steam messaging. Can you check your logs please when exploring or developing moons, because I keep getting default errors. like this

You can friend me so we can resolve this issue, as I like your mod and want to be able to recommend it, but cant if it is causing errors and crashes.

I suspect Endless Moons is not compatible with More Anomalies. If it isn't, it probably wasn't in the past either, but mod load order might be contributing to the differing results. If the bonuses aren't visible, they probably aren't active.

I am doing a playground on the pre-update version of the game, when your mod is combined with the "More Anomalies" mod, a part of the description of all anomalies will not be visible.

Most exactly, it hides the bonus given by the anomalies, I wish to know if the bonuses are still actives anyway, or if I need to use the older version of your mod. If yes, how can I do this ?

What doesn't work, exactly?
It should be noted that Vodyani can't reduce anomalies, and therefore can't explore moons. This is a hard-coded limit in the game. They instead get access to Vodyani only improvements for some interaction with them.
