Do you have plans to update the mod? If not, do you mind if I update the mod to address @CEO bug report?

Everytime I spawn in with this mod I have LVL 5 Aimimg with -3000/3000 EXP. After reading a book on aiming (Additional Books mod), I get the boost on leveling it up. Killed about 600 zombies with USAS-12 and had -1100/3000 EXP after it with no more exp boost. The book doesn't work anymore and so I'm stuck with leveling up 4100 EXP which would take thousands of zombies and a ton of ammunition. Don't think there is anything on my modlist conflicting. This might have started after 41.50. Or not.

lmao I'm always saying this in not the UK. This is a "country" part of the states. Last article i seen on on it was in 2018 but at that time American's owned 40% of guns around the world. That number has only increased with new gun owners. There should be a hunting rifle or a home defense weapon in every house. Not even mentioning WILD GAME venison lol you can hunt, but no where in any homes; Even trailer parks there is none. Not a single package of deer or elk in a freezer or fridge. Only future will show what PZ has in store tho.

@Kaero: just get yerself a shotgun. Way more effective in the early days but I do agree it takes ages to level it up. I mean this whole thing plays out i the usa so yeah. Basically everyone should have atleast 3 bars of aiming lol

Thanks for this, found a hunting rifle and amo and thoguht I was good to go. Walked down a street, saw a few zombies. Thought 'I got these suckers' and took a shot from about 20m away.

Miss. 'No big, I still have plenty of time' I thought.

Chambered next round. Shot at 15m away. Miss. 'Still time' I thought as the 3 zombies were walking up.

Chambered next. Took a shot at 10m. Surely I cant miss a zombie with a hunting rifle at 10m. Miss.

Sweat. Chambered next round. back against the wall. Zombie 5m away. Gun barrel almost at its forehead. Shoot. Miss.

Same again, zombie right in front of me, stick gun in to its mouth and aim up towards the brain. Pull trigger. Miss.

Press Esc.

Went to workshop.

Found your mod.

Download.

Happy days.

wait what i can save my skills on a journal? how does that work?

@weaponstropper On existing character you better get NecroForge and just give yourself a journal, so you won't lose all of your stats.

and in game if your like 25-22 you should already know how to cook bread because if you dont than....what have you been doing the last 5 years siting and doing nothing with your life...

me thinks you should add a mod that gives you the "i know how to cook bread" without reading it because i know how to make bread sense i was like 8.....

he/she made a mod for his/her (y'know what, Ima call him/her a dude) enjoyment, then he posted it to improve other people's experiences.

While this mod is not for me, in defense of the author, I scoured all of Riverside and didn't find a skill magazine of any description, period. RNGeezus giveth, and RNGeezus taketh away. Sometimes, that second part simply isn't fun.

There's no point in bashing the mod or it's creator, he created this mod for his own pleasure and bothered sharing it with other people. (looking at it being in the top three, quit a lot of people think alike)

Waste of a mod. The magazine really isn't that hard to find and I usually find one within the first couple of days in a random garage and it's not that hard to increase your aiming by yourself either. It only requires that you get a shotgun and some ammo and go shooting in a relatively remote area until you get to about level 3 and then you switch to a pistol and do the same thing.

I'm not criticizing the mod and put a mark that I like. The search for a magazine in PZ is a challenge, one of the few. This is criticism of the game itself.

If it makes game less fun for you don't use it.

Some people find it annoying to search for a magazine.
In one of my playthroughs in Rosewood it simply wasn't there.

Finding the magazine "how to work with the generator" is one of the few quests in the game. And this mod kills him. A good life for PZ.
