FFS PPL. READ MY EARLIER COMMENT POSTED BACK ON MAY 26 2014. THIS MOD IS DEAD AND IT'S UNLIKELY THE MOD AUTHOR WILL RETURN TO UPDATE IT. YOU'LL HAVE TO EDIT THE MOD IN CK YOURSELF AND FIX THIS BROKEN MOD. GIVE THE ARGONIAN FULL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO THE CELL, THE SHOP KEY, SET THE SHOP HOURS, AND FIX/UPDATE HIS SANDBOX & SLEEPING PACKAGES. UNTIL YOU FIX THIS BROKEN MOD USING CK, THE NPC WILL ALWAYS BE HOSTILE TO YOU.

A lot of this author's mods are dirty, and it will require a lot of time to clean his collection. If you do not know how to clean the dirty mods with TES5Edit, it could make your game unstable. Also, he states navemesh deletions are intentional.

for those ppl still having the hostile agonian NPC issue: You're getting this response since the NPC does not have any way to officially open his shop for business. More specifically, the door's onwership/access was never assgned to the argonian NPC's faction. Additionally, the NPC lacks a key in their inventory to even open the door.

And the argonian's existing NPC AI packages were not setup to instruct him to open the shop officially. So no matter what time of day you enter the store, you will always be considered trespassing. The NPC also lacks a key in their inventory to open/close up shop. But most important of all, the NPC's faction didn't have door ownership. This stops the NPC from controlling the door.

You need to edit the mod in CK and adjust and/or create all these.

Its a lovely mod ..for one thing , the guy inside is hostile to anyone coming in the door ...lol ...the other question ...will he sell honey ..lol ..maybe you should make it player owned then hire staff make coin for the player ..such a lovely mod ..like this , use of the book scipt of earnings could be a great help to any player ...tysm ...:)

Ich hab dem blöden Argonier kurzerhand die Lichter ausgeblasen, er war mir einfach zu nervig ;)
Nun ist die Farm halt leer, aber die Bienen produzieren fleissig Honig.
Ich hatte eigentlich erwartet das man die Farm für sich nutzen kann.

I somehow cant get into the farm (my pc crashes). But I`ll stay suscribed cause I really like it. The farm fits perfectly into the entire scenery. It is a great source for bees and it doesn`t matter if I cant get in. I only have one more single request: Could you create a marketstand at the outside of the hut from which a beekeeper sells bees, honey, beehive husks, and honeycombs?

I have had the same mod conflict with Chapels of Skyrim, the main problem between the two mods, is the location of the bee hives to a wall location, in the Chapel mod, I know how it can be fixed in the creation kit, but I would need to know the, x,y cell location, for the the exterior of the bee farm, and then simply move the location of the bee hives to a different spot in the same exterior, and you would not need to delete anything to run both mods... I even was able to find here steam stores is Skyrim app data files,
Then I believe it is the bee.esp file at would need to be worked on, but that is as far as I went with doing anything out of respect for the Bee hives mod creator. There is also a horse and wagon located in the same spot, that conflicts with it's location and a wall from the Chapel mod, but I am not sure wich mod it goes to,... Any help from the mod's creator or a fellow gamer would be very welcome, because, I do like running both mods... thank you, ttyl

Its a wonderful idea and I love it. Skyrim needs bee farms since they all drink mead. I wish I could use it with chapels. At least I can use More Bees

This needs major updates. I love the idea. I favorited this. But the current errors with this mod worries me, and makes me not want to subscribe and/or rate it. Until the author fixes all bugs and conflicts, I will not use it, and will advise others the same. This is not because I hate the mod, or the author, I rated up, favorited, and subscribed to almost everything made by Mat. However this no where finished and poorly made mod worries me too greatly.

Current bugs and errors:
Floating static objects at exterior around farm.
Objects with merged meshes outside farm.
Objects with merged meshes inside farm.
NPC Merchant never opens shop.
NPC Merchant turns hostile to player if player remains nearby him too long.

Great mod. Absolutely love it. Sadly it conflicts with http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11534
And I feel as though the merchants mod is little bit more immersive as Whiterun is a crossroads town. I don't suppose you'd be interested at all in making a compatible version which moves the bee-farm around to make these two mods compatible?
If not... you should know this is still a great mod! Keep up the good work!

Parler was still rude and threatening. He acts like people do when they call the guards for trespassing. Is this a store or restaurant or just his private business for wholesale? Also, will the honey regenerate that is out on the table? This is really good and the new one with beehives in the towns is beautiful.

I noticed in the middle of the bee hives there is a rock and some grass standing in the air. No problem for me, I just used console commands "disable" on the rock and the problem was solved. Other than that, the mod is great.

sorry to crash the party on this great mod but it clashes with the chapels of skyrim just a little bit so i was wondering if you could delete some of the furthest hives from the farm buildiing itself, otherwise this mod is great and everyone must click subscribe to all for the collection

Went to the bee farm yesterday. It is great. It was closed while I was there. Will they provide the honey for the meadery? Will you be able to buy honey/honeycomb for individual use? Honey was really the only sweetner in the middle ages, so this could be a big business. As an herb gardener I can tell you that you need to have plenty of pollen producing plants near the hives or the bees will wander farther and farther away. Then they may not come back. So you need lots of something blooming all of the time nearby with all those beehives that are there. I grow lavender and have for years. Bees love it, but it doesn`t bloom constantly. Lots of beekeepers have their hives in fruit orchards. Of course this is a game and we can pretend anything. The bee farm is great. I love seeing the farms.

There is enough flowers around Whiterun for the bees, the only flower worth cultivating is lavender, it is used in food,tea,soap,perfumes,dyes etc.
If someone were to cultivate other flowers to it should be for dyes,perfumes and alchemy, and it should be a seperate farm/family.
Which would be a good idea i think, Whiterun need more farms/trade.

I think you do such good mods. Having grown up on a farm, I know how important bees are and this is a very realistic mod. Have some other flowers, because bees are attracted to all blooming plants, unless you want just lavender honey. By the way Morthal is great.

Kvasir Farm? Kvasir is a man from norse myhology that they made the first mead out of. The couple at the farm could be Fjalar(male) and Gunnlod(female), both people that are involved in the myth.

NIce! I find both the bee and lavender very realistic:) but what about having a name for the farm and a family of nords to run it?
