@Lord Peter Thanks! As time will go on I'll work on the mod more and more, and it'll become more fleshed out, which includes converting the starting characters (On all timelines)
I'm even planning on a lot more features to improve the region- making the mod more complete! :)

A commendable intiative, indeed long overdue!
The vanilla "let's merge everything into Russian culture even though the whole area is incredibly fractured, because... well, because" is just outright hilarious, as you have pointed out.
A bit of a hack that you didn't convert characters directly, but that is forgivable because it would be an insane amount of extra work.
Well, the mod is awesome either way :)

You should make a way for East Slavics to be more inclined to convert to Orthodox rather than Catholic.
