@Goldfish Roads are made by him: http://steamcommunity.com/id/konnoplant/myworkshopfiles/?appid=255710 Theme is mixed ( by Theme mixer ), LUT is Relight Bleak.

Why on earth does this have 4k texture? You can literally make the same building with 512x1024. That's just too much for CSL.
