The issue is that they thrall is treated as inventory, you can make them invulnerable to attack, but n=unless you make the inventory inaccessible the thralls can still be stolen,

Just a quick note, if you pick up an item that has inventory, it should drop the inventory items on the ground...I know this was a concerm of some folks about making containers movable.
