OMG... now it is easy to make it. with all new blocks and control schemes... not challenge any more. If you where here two years ago.... :D :D :D
Second you did not read properly what is written. It say this is the first that look and flies like real helicopter. And I made lot of hoverbug helicopters before this one and lot other people actually posted hoverbug helicopters on forums YEARS before this one. There is a lot of hoverbug helicopters that where posted here or on forum before this one...
This one is first that is designed to look and fly as possible (in TT) as close to real RL helicopters. So yes, it is first one like that.
NOTE:Developers said that this is bug that will not be repaired until there is dedicated blocks to replace these feature, so you can use it without worrying that at some point your tech will stop working as you want.
I just got it working, I think it was stuck in the ground or something
I just subscribed and loaded it from workshop, and it works fine...
Can you tell me, or show me on broadcast how it does not work for you?
When you press and hold shift and it does not take off? Does propellers rotate? Does it move at all?

Then you can try to build helicopters. After few hours on this you will know how to build flying things :)
I made a Venture-only helicopter that is similar to this one. It is fully shielded and has a decent battery-life, but is almost half as small yet has about the same firepower as yours. It is also very speedy.
It uses the same real-life controls that yours does, and can turn and move forwards with ease.
