Here are some improvements that i can give, if you don't mind.
Try renaming the bones to valve bones (bip_Head etc.), makes posing way easier and it becomes compatible with an IK rig (improving quality (alteast in my opinion) of animations etc.).
And you could add bodygroups to both swords if you want.
Again. Great overall model, but the bone names make it very hard to pose/animate.
