Report a translation problem
Other non livery mods have worked before but had this problem with this mod and another livery mod. (Tried them together and then separately with none showing up at any point. )
Also make sure you don't have any mods that change the models of the cars (like FIRE, ICE, etc. - my mod is only designed to work with the vanilla game).

Currently I'm helping out with some liveries for someone's mod. I was thinking of expanding this, but don't have a timeline for it.

Make sure it's selected as Active after you subscribe, and that you don't have any other livery mod active. Then, when creating a livery, there should be a "Workshop" tab that will have these liveries.
