Only potential complaint is that you didn't use the Lamenters. Their legendarily, apocalyptically bad luck would've been perfect here.

This is kind of broken. When i use skill that should increase the level of dodge for my team for +17 it gives me +51 :|

Just commenting to say the hold the line attack is incredibly broken, and at higher levels you can get the entire party at around 136 dodge and high prot. This move probably should stack.

I'm glad this character exists. I wasn't expecting it; I encourage you to continue developing this class to more and more look and feel like a true Space Marine. An easy first step would be to increase its size and then change its stance. I'd like to see more prayer to deal with stress and the like. Armor Repair could be Armor Prayer or Bless Armor, etc - repairing isn't really their jurisdiction.
At least at level 1 they're pretty papery. Please up the protection at least, but they're also combat badasses, so please also up the accuracy and crits. Blood Clot could be an ability that +Bleed Resist/Cure +Heal.
If you can figure it out, hunger reduction.
Perhaps make the Bolter hit multiples like Grapeshot does. Perhaps the Power Axe adds a buff and not debuff.
