Thanks for this! Always found the Black Mesa zombie sounds not as intimidating as HL2's sounds, especially the one when they spot you.

The weird thing is,,, I just released a similar mod, but doesn't work. I also used HL2 sounds, but it isn't working apparently. I only replaced sounds, did not add new ones. Somehow they don't work :(

@Jack Blacky and Jack Whitey Most of the sound mods made for Black Mesa are for fun. I myself like the original sound from Black Mesa. But after I've finished the game, I decided to make this mod.

What's the point? If you want these sounds, just play Half-Life 2. Black Mesa has its own unique good sounds.

Actually it's not "Yabba, my icing", the voices are reversed, put them in reverse again, and the screams reveal a pretty dark screaming that says "Oh God help, help me, aaawrrhhhhh"

@Dinkster during Half-Life 2's development, the person who did the zombie voice had recorded lines saying "Why? why!? help God help! help me! why why why" or something along those lines. they were reversed, and that's why you hear "yabba! my icing!"
