@Dizzy_Dares I realize I prob should have responded to this sooner, so sorry about that. Do you still remember which stream that line is from? I'm uh... working on a lil something with this and the other NLSS packs... so I'll take links to any notable NL lines post 2017 if you have them.

@jounssi So this has to do with the new launcher that XCOM 2 has. For whatever reason it's not activating mods properly. I had the same issue as you, thankfully there is a fix. If you download something called the Alternative Mod Launcher, and launch the game from that, everything should work properly.

Ah, NL voice pack, the voice of someone who is terrible at XCOM, sure give our sniper Loki the medikit and then completely forget how to use it when said sniper is standing next to a bleeding out soldier. Or better yet, lets have all of our soldiers be in cover facing AWAY from a Sectopod and then complain why our soldier was killed.
