Yeah that's really weird, never seen that happen before. I've heard of levels getting random buildings in them from other levels, but never stuf getting removed.

Sadly, no, but delete all road segments except ends in that room, make them immobile and you should get roughly same version as my game offered me. I remember that ends of the second road (the curved one) were almost in the middle. And that walls connecting first room with the vertical one were missing too, so you could see the space. I was falling to my death from the checkpoint which was the most frustrating thing of all. I could save myself (with some good practice) but it felt incredibly unfair.

After writing my first comment, I tried to complete it again. Did it in around 45 minutes! And luckily I didn't need to be angry again.

@The[SVK], any chance you could upload a picutre of what was happening?

I got sooo frustrated and angry. But for my defence: I've entered the very left portal. My game was in a weird glitched state and there were missing large chunks of road (only ends were present), making it much more difficult than intended (but surprisingly it still seemed possible to complete).

@siddey10 I would do that if I could. Unfortuately due to the way checkpoints work in the game, it might break or make the animators for the finish MUCH more complicated.

I'm saddened that this isn't as hard as NWBO 4. I suppose it only makes sense that 4 would be the hardest, though. Four is death, after all.

What does NWBO stands for already?

This is certainly an interesting way to go about NWBO, and i certainly enjoyed it (for a change :O) My only suggestion would be potentially to add a "Return" teleporter, incase you decide to back out of the challenge you entered, in case the player deems it too hard, or wants to come back to it later.
