electronx: Glad you enjoyed the scenario. Actually, the scenario does not run on the wrong main. Left-hand running is used on Sherman Hill to faciliate traffic flow on and off Track 3.
electronx Jun 25, 2016 @ 10:42am
Really nice scenario, enjoyed very much.
The (second) red signal is a bit nasty, but it's good to have challenges :)
(I'm curious whether the lack of signals for 5 miles is real. Probably because this scenario runs on the wrong main, there are some on the right track. Makes for a great lesson.)

very nive, no problems thanks you
High Iron Simulations  [author] Nov 26, 2015 @ 2:51pm
niprjct: I just retested this scenario and had no issue. It does require both the Sherman Hill route and the Donner Pass route (the latter for locomotives and rolling stock). Do you have both routes?
High Iron Simulations  [author] Nov 26, 2015 @ 12:48pm
niprjct: Thanks for the heads-up. Unfortunately, the upgrade of Sherman Hill for TS2016 seems to have created issues for some of the older scenario ... I'll take a look at it. If you have not already done so, you might also want to try a cache clear (in game tab, tools) and see if that helps.

My Scenerario fails to load.
consist builder can't load rail vehicle-DP SD40-2 plus some others>
I have checked for file integrety it says 424 files failed to validate and will be acquired.
Any idea how i can get this sceneario to work?
Would be happy to run since every comment here is a good one.

Elphaba, this is the best of your scenarios that I've played so far. I've been up and down Sherman Hill lots of times but I've never seen it like this before. It must have taken a lot of effort. Thank you for sharing.

It's always a pleasure to drive your scenarios.this was the second time on this. And I think it's a wasted chance on the career scenario, affected by the bugs.Especially on the big boy stage. But you can refill our passion to drive those locos on those amazing and historic routes.Thanks.from all of your Italian friends!

Plasmaboy: Thanks for the comment and indeed it is a heavy train.
Plasmaboy Sep 17, 2013 @ 6:24pm
Nice run, as usual! Lots of braking power needed to stop this coal drag.
binman Aug 24, 2013 @ 10:49am
Superb. Did those things and got message that 275 files failed to validate and will be required. I assume that acquisition happens automatically.

Based on the comments of others, I look forward to running your scenarios.
Thanks for your help!
High Iron Simulations  [author] Aug 23, 2013 @ 7:00pm
binman: Scenario has been downloaded over 1,500 times without report, so suggest you try the follwing two steps (trying cache clear first):

Clear cache: To clear your blueprint cache, start TS2013 and go to "main menu," then click on "game settings," then select "tools," and finally click on "clear cache."

Verify your files: Go to your "Library" tab in Steam and click on it to bring up your list of games - then right-click on Train Simulator which will bring up "properties". Click on that and you will see a tab called "local files." That will then take you to the option to "Verify integrity of game cache."

Great fun to operate this coal train. I wonder why the dispatcher routed it "wrong Main" over the entire route to Cheyenne?
