I feel this thing should be a reskin for the concheror.

Stats idea
*has 2 kinds of drinks
1: no need to collect anger, replishes 100hp (only replishes users hp and has recarge time [10-15?])
2:needs to collect anger: replishes user and team mates hp and gives addional 125 hp more for 10 sec (when using, allies must be close to gain the hp buff but the allies that come close to you after you have activated the buff, wont get the addional hp but will get little hp back as passive regeneration)

Upon useage, You and all nearby teammates will have increased walkspeed and regenerate health at a rate of 10 HP per second

Charges depending on damage taken
On use, 10HP are restored and movement speed is increased for 10 seconds
Vision gets blured like you where covered in jarate for 10 seconds
