fliorcid, если нет желания поддерживать мод, дай разрешение сделать это другим. Многим нравится этот мод, но последнее обновление уже больше года назад. Без критики. Понимаю что со своей работой расставаться не хочется. Но люди ждут обновы.

How is the AI handling this? Are they actually spreading their religion on purpose to get an advantage?

Из-за того, что почти все боты распространяют свою религию идет большой минус к отношениям игрока к боту в новом патче, из-за чего практически ни с кем подружиться нельзя, я думаю это нужно как то исправить при обновлении, если оно будет.

I mean, really, you can just select the religion you want for a particular real-world equivalent - Monotheism for Abrahamic religions, Polytheism or Imperial Cult for Hellenism, etc. etc... but I don't think you can just make a religion spawn only in one empire. Though, in smaller map sizes that probably won't be too much of a problem considering that religious empires only make up a small minority of starting empires, considering the multitude of other empires that might appear - materialists, hiveminds, robots, empires that just don't take the spiritualist ethic...

Also, empty tooltips are displayed when I have to choose my starting religion, as if there were one missing line per religion. At this moment, it would be useful to be remembered the modifiers for each religious system.

For anyone who's curious, it looks like most of the mod should still work in 2.5, but there are a few things that need to be adjusted to take lithoids into account. (For example, requiring food in ds_religion.13)

It might be more effort than it's worth, but it might be cool if gospel of the masses have their own "prosperity gospel" type religion.

Yes. Each pop has a religious modifier that looks like a blue triangle on their portrait. When you mouse over it, religion will be written.

It would be cool for subversive cults to start underground cults on planets they have a branch office on that dosent follow the religion of the cult and eventually have the planet rise up and try to break away from an empire.

Alright, loving the mod so far, though I have run into a snag that I feel could use a look. When I grabbed the mod I immediately created the Imperium of Man with an immortal god emperor (as one does) and I had the Feudal Society civic to let me have vassals that grew. Y'know, sectors contributing to the greater Imperium. So plan was going great until... I actually had a vassal finally and they had the same religion. With their own emperor. -1000 opinion of me and disloyalty ensues.

tl;dr: vassals keep your religion but will create their own pope and declare your pope as false.

Makes it difficult to spread the imperial cult due to admin cap keeping me from getting away with simply painting the galaxy.

Will there be a change in my dominant religion if I pick imperial cult later on in my game or if my ruler becomes the chosen one and I choose to become a divine empire.

This mod does't use gene clinics at all. Research labs used only in triggers and never destroyed.

I have a bug, I don't know if it's from this mod, but if you can check you'll make me a great favour.
When I upgrade the research lab and the gene clinic, after few days they disappear. I don't have ruins on the planet, only the free slot.

Hello. I'm not sure if this is your mod, but I stumbled on an event when a guru is found on a colonized planet, and you can either let her go or supress her movement. I chose to let her and even built a temple in her memory after her death. For several month I had a +150% planetary modifier for the Spiritualist faction. Problem is that I didn't had any spiritualistic pop before the event, and I didn't had any after the event, as if 0*1.5 = 0. All the Guru chain never created a single spiritualist pop althouhg I got two priest jobs created. I played this game with Ethics, Civics & Traditions mod and had an individualist, libertarian, industrialist species. Not very suitable for a religious mindset, I know.

Planetary modifiers appear only if more then half of the population on planet follows same religion. If everyone believe in different things then no modifiers for that planet. It wouldn't work for empire modifier.

Heresy for god-emperor empires actually starts sooner than for other religions, but it doesn't give negative modifier. And heresy isn't chance based. First event happens if any planet have less than 60% true believers. If after 10 years less than 60% of pops in empire are true beleivers then fires heresy event.

When you encounter someone with open borders, their pop already have a chance to convert to your religion. Every religion by default has a 1000 weight that modified by factors. Spread policy increases weight for your religion 2 times and works even through closed borders.

Mod doesn't change any original game files so it should be compatible with most other mods.
