There a rules.json in shared folder, you can find "quirks_max_negative" there

2024 mods still works. like aeskuro says place high in load order. works with pet cemetery and related mods as well as seer, dont know about any others tho

is it possible to edit the config file so that only some negative quirks is allowed?, im playing with "The Ancient One" class mod in which her class is played around the negative quirk "Believer" (pretty much just allow teammate to get stronger buff from the ancient one if they stay in the party with her long enough)

Still works as of September, 14th 2023, make sure you put this high in your load order.

At build 25712, this mod works. Heroes in the stage coach will no longer appear with negative quirks, mission ends hasn't given negative quirks to any of my heroes, and interacting with curios and getting a negative quirk result will not actually give a negative quirk.

Mod No longer works

I Just played this Mod, it works as described..... perhaps others are dealing with Conflicting Mods as I have no other Mods which affect Traits.... Enjoy

Just tried this on a new game, and on completing the first tutorial quest one character was given a negative quirk. I have no other quirk-changing mods installed.

Hey Eltarn, no it shouldn't affect it...too my knowledge. This mod eliminates that percentage. If the other mod in question you installed alters that percentage rate, then there will definately be some problems.

Is there a mod / would it be possible to create a mod that makes all the services and forms of stress removal instant?

What i want, is not to remove negative quirks and diseases completely, but rather a way to remove them instantly in the Hamlet using in game means

Okay thanks. Another to try is to Unsubscribe from this mod, then Resubscribe to it. This way Steam will redownload it.

Actually can confirm it wasn't either of those. It was my Man-at-arms named Tinel. I'll try backing up my save and then reinstalling everying, see if maybe there is some old files or something floating. I've had the game since release.

Actually might be poor Raymauld but when i play tonight i'll double check.

Oh real quick, do you remember if the character that caught it was Raymauld or Dimas. Since they start out with some and they aren't 'locked' into place yet, they will keep getting replaced with other quirks until it's either removed or locked.

So it's possible that reading a book curio, with the above situation, could replace it. But if it's not one of those two characters, then there is something going on.

Okay thanks. This mod sets the quirks to zero so there 'shouldn't' be any way to get them. But I'll still look into it and see what's up.

I have it currently installed and I still got "Stress Easter" during a random encounter while reading a book curio. Not sure if it isn't suppose to affect those or not but figured I'd report it. Other mods installed: Better Trinkets, Expanded Inventory, Level Restriction and Stacking Inventory.

I'm trying to understand what you're trying to explain. Quirks and Diseases are two different things in this game. This mod only stops you from getting Negative Quirks. If you disable this mod on an old save, you will start getting Negative Quirks again.

This mod doesn't mess with the Crimson Curse since it is considered a Disease.

c_c_h309, thank for being soooo vague. What is broken about it? Do you have other mods that alter the same code? Have you moved this mod to the top of your load order? Have you tried unsubscribing then resubscribing to let Steam redownload it?

If you haven't then that's your fault.

After i started the game now i got after the dungeon again a negative quirk. Really dont know why its happening now :(
