I love this wallpaper, but I am also getting the "flashing" issue. not sure what I have to change in settings as it doesn't seem to be a very popular issue.

tobiawesomeface, I used this wallpaper all day, and I did not notice any blue flashes. Sorry, I do not know what the problem may be.

Yes, I applied 11 layers of "shake" for parts of the Castle and 5 layers of "water waves" for the ropes. The most difficult and nervous part was to minimize the amount of distortion.
The whole work took about 3-4 hours.

wow, nice. Looks like you cut each part into it's own layer so that you could animate it.. That must have taken awhile to do
