does this mod change the way scrap miners work? im running a modded playthrough with this, gigastructural engineering and ethics and civics classic.
The Arms Race Ascension Perk seems to have multiple bugs/issues overall. It also causes consistent crashes as the game goes on. I'm not entirely sure if it's just the experimental shipyard, but the error log refers endlessly to max_naval_capacity, set_owner: 'root' is invalid and [from] from [ship_growth_stage], with one specific error spiraling hundreds of times until the log stops recording, presumably because the game crashed. To me .. this seems related to the battleship generation from the event chain within Arms Race.

The flag for experimental shipyard needs to be fixed. Currently:
Requires: owner = { has_country_flag = AAR_flg_cntr_CORE_experimental_SHIPYARD }
Finish building: owner = { remove_country_flag = AAR_flg_cntr_CORE_experimental_SHIPYARD }
When destroyed: owner = { remove_country_flag = AAR_flg_cntr_CORE_experimental_SHIPYARD }
Currently once it is build you can't build it again or move it.

我也是保存问题,测出来是更多巨构和飞升mod共用时在运行到后期会出现无法保存,可能是哪个飞升和巨构矛盾了。已打伞の泛用规则兼容。

I don't know if it's this mod or one of the dependencies it has, but my first "Terraforming Candidate" I discover keeps pinging the green circles forever once I discover it. I turned off the notifications for such discoveries, but it still makes a notification and I can't hover over it or click on it to remove it because then it just makes green circles forever.

Hi! Amazing mod! I was getting a consistent crash at the start of a year. The error log contained:

[eventscope.cpp:2601]: Script error, set_owner: 'root' is invalid at common/scripted_effects/AAR_effects_NAVY.txt:113 @ scripted effect AAR_eft_cntr_NAVY_force_construction at file: events/AAR_evts_NAVY.txt line: 32

I think there is an issue with mods that do anything to "Battleships" and the new DLC (because bioships are not battleships and they introduce a [ship_growth_stage] which may confuse things. In this case it's the "Arms Race" Ascendancy (creates free battleships every 5 years). I found the AI empire using that ascension, removed them from the game using kill_country and the issue was resolved! As a hotfix you could make it so AI empires can no longer choose "Arms Race"

当前版本会和更多巨构冲突,导致2305年开始每隔五年的1月1号闪退(改了存档跳过了时间依然会在下一个五年的1月1号闪退),不知道原因,关掉任意一个MOD都可以正常继续

Dunno if this was reported/updated recently because we started our game 2 hours before the update, but either City of the Thousand Star's planetary decision has an outdated tooltip, or it's not updated to the 4.0 standard yet.

my bad on the last one, uhhh eternal vigilance is just so crazy broken in 4.0 I assumed a mod was doing it, passively adding defensive platforms sounds like something you would implement considering how very powerful your other defence ascensions tend to be, free defence platforms plus Maginot Line sounds kind of overpowered when I think about it. Definitely a base game thing though so that's on paradox to fix its behaviour.

And for free defence of Eternal Vigilance, yes, I think it was basic game feature. This mod didn't touch any vanilla ascensions.

amazing work as always, super appreciate you expedience, now idk if you also fixed these in this patch as I just started a new run but I did notice by getting into the late game prior to this patch a few things that will probably need to be tweaked or changed entirely for bioships, namely all your fleet ascensions that needs the battleship technology will need to have an equivalent for the bio ship set, Behemoth Fury should be an option for the Master of Crisis ascension, and I'm assuming the free defence platforms that spawn for Eternal Vigilance are the base game defence platforms and not the bio ship versions? they were before this update at least(they had alot of kinetic batteries which I don't know if we can upgrade as bio ship users)
