Fixed incorrect modifier values for the Wonder Creator relic
Academy of the Masses now provides support for some vanilla automatic leaders traits.

新的一年到来前就不更啦, 修复【碧海蓝天】飞升强制改造盖亚的问题，现在不再强制改造为盖亚，海洋星球将获得等同盖亚世界的加成。

【造物神】巨构产出加成从35%削弱到20%，强化其他属性。但是新增一个国策，可以将巨构产出加成提升到75%，当然维护费和建造费用也会增加。
同时新增一个巨构飞升路线【奇观匠人】，和【造物神】侧重强化巨构不同，这个飞升侧重于建造巨构，可以最多让你同时建造5个巨构，同时只要你有建造巨构或者升级巨构，那么按照总人口产出一定量额外的凝聚力，以表达这个文明对建造奇观的信仰。

Fixed the [Ocean Paradise] ascension perk forcibly terraforming planets into Gaia worlds. Ocean planets now receive bonuses equivalent to Gaia worlds without being transformed.

[Demiurge]: Megastructure output bonus reduced from 35% to 20%, with other attributes strengthened.
Added a new civic that raises megastructure output bonus to 75%, but also increases upkeep and construction costs.

New megastructure-focused ascension path: [Wonder Creator].
Unlike Demiurge, which emphasizes enhancing megastructures, this perk focuses on building them.
Allows up to 5 megastructures to be constructed simultaneously.
While building or upgrading megastructures, generates additional Unity based on total population, reflecting the civilization's devotion to monumental construction.

After completing a special project, activates [Territorial Banishment] — instantly hurling all hostile fleets within your borders into subspace, causing them to be missing for a period of time.

Fixed a bug in [Nebula Warden] where the starting megastructure had excessively high upkeep. The first Nebula Megastructure now incurs no upkeep cost.
Added an advanced branch for [ap_enigmatic_engineering] called [Silent Protocol].
It focuses on enhancing stealth tactics, allowing you to gain greater tactical advantages by entering stealth, improving combat sustainability, and launching more effective assaults against enemies.
