Very much appreciated for somebody who liked the beginning spells the most.
Test is simple. IF you can shot down a dragon your level with the dual cast version of this spell without depleting all your magicka before he's dead, it's over powered. it means you can run in any dungeon, happily dual cast forever and a day anything to death with no retaliation. No tactic, no challenge, no fun ^^
remember any mage archetype will fast reach the 5 points perks in +20% enchantement effectiveness, + bonus on skill enchant. meaning around levels 22-28 destruction spells will cost almost 0 magicka... if the spell is too much dmg/s you'll get a free havok tool hehe.
now that's a solution seemingly balanced, your choice what to do next ^^
this is a great premise, and i would love a stronger concentration spell, but these are insanely overpowered. tone them down to maybe 15-20 base damage and they might be more balanced.
