New Spells: Stronger Sparks, Flames, Frostbite

Note: The pictures are out of date, and the spell will do slightly less damage then displayed.

This mod adds 3 new spells to the game: Electricity, Flame Spout, and Frost Beam. These spells are essentially Sparks, Flames, and Frostbite, but with 30 base dammage rather than 8, thus, making them stronger. So, without any perks or buffs, these spells will do 30 dammage per second.

I made these to give the game a mid to high mid-game spell that was just as cool and had the same effects as Sparks, Flames, and Frostbite (because I wanted an Altmer that dual wielded magic and weapon).

The spells can be bought from Faralda or Enthir at the College of Winterhold, or simply open up the console and type: Help "spell name" (with the quotes if the spell name has two words), then add the spell using the spell ID and: player.addspell

They need the expert perk in destruction (level 75) to be cost at half magicka (without armor and such). I did this because I found the only spell I used was Electricity (because it was decently powerful) when they were under the level 50 perk.

For the screen shots, the Flame Spout damage is from the first augmented fire perk, and the Electricity damage is from both the augmented shock perks.
