This mod cause a very strange bug in the World Walkers champing. Right from the begining i can recruit two regimen of renown, hire Azrik the mazekeeper. Also the Warriors of Chaos is present in the map . Can you look into it ?

Yeah, with how many new provinces and "gates" the empire has now, chaos seems to come a little prematurely than it should. And as for the chosen, i have already changed the entries in both of the scripts, but it seems that the army composition will stay the same unless i start a completely new game.

I can try posting my setup.

You wrote on 22th August it was Turn 60 ?
Normally it shall come over Turn 100 - so i guess your Imperium Level was already very high.
Well i could make it so, that the first Wave is not dependent on Imperium Level and keep only the Turn Times.

Regarding your chosen Problem, you could delete them and set Chosen only as mandatory, so that you never will have more.
But the second Invasion will be also weaker.

Scratch that, i can change when the events take place, but their armies seemingly stay the same no matter what i do, not sure what i'm doing wrong here, i have edited the random army spawns to be more chaos warrior heavy than chosen, but they stay at super elite levels at midgame.

Nevermind, it seems i need to change things atleast 2 rounds before the chaos units spawn for some reason.

Strange, i have tried to reduce the amount of chosen and slowing down their entry by a little, but i cant get it to work for some reason.

It works midgame - just dont use it after the Chaos Invasion started.
And always make a Backup before using it, because it is a huge, complicated Script Mod.

While this mod makes chaos feel like more of a threat, it was still a little disappointing, but I suppose I can just get the even harder version. I used this mod with your other Better AI mods and upon the initial doom tide invasion I was happy with chaos' performance (I was playing Tomb Kings). Everything north of Altdorf and Lustria in the southwest was destroyed. However, once Archaon showed up with Kholek and Sarthorael around turn 200 they didn't last long or do much. Chaos was destroyed within 20 turns afterwards. Is the second chaos invasion supposed to be tougher than the first one or is this normal?

@MINOS Yeah, i'm using most of your mods with this, and the fact was that the first wave came at around turn 60, Tyrion and crew barely had some swordmasters and phoenixes at this point, and i could basically via heroes planted there watch the mass chosen only armies they had literally wipe the floor with the poor elves who hadn't unified ulthuan yet. the amount of armies weren't really the problem, but the AI didn't seem to be prepared for such a high end fighting force at that point. I manually changed it so while they kept the hellcannons and chaos giants, i reduced the amount of chosen to 4, while the rest would be a random amount of chaos warriors.

Update:

- reduced Numbers of Armies, Units and Waves, but still more than before
- adjusted Character Levels
- added Heroes to Beastmen, Chaos and Norsca Armies
- more Unit Variety including the whole Rosters randomly
- added more War Declarations for all of them to all playable Factions, especially for the southern Norsca Invasion

Thx for te research but i'm playing in normal (and it's already very hard with this mod haha) and it's my fourth Chaos invasion (third with Archaon).
I'm gonna try to kill him again and see what's happen.

I don't know how this is possible, but in the vanilla game, Archaon just spawn one time. I've killed him, not wounded, and he continues to spawn, each time with a new global invasion of Chaos.

It's just impossible when you play the Empire. 12 Armies of Chaos are spawning in the north, full of elite units. There're telling me i've to kill Archaon to stop that. OK. I've already killed him. TWO TIMES !! And Archaon continues to spawn too !! WTF ?!!
And i'm just talking about one faction, the other factions of Chaos continue to spawn,each one with 6/12 armies

And im trying to balance it more out, currently trying to mix more Troops for this Version, lower a little Bit and putting in Beastmen/Norsca Mixes.

Chaos being a pushover in vanilla is one thing, but watching a standard chaos lord absolutely shit on Tyrion in the first invasion is kinda tragic.

Actually, you haven't accidentally switched the harder and normal versions? There isn't a single normal chaos warrior in any of the armies.

While i wanted a bit more competent chaos invasion, every unit having 8-10 chosen in the first wave was kind of overkill, they proceeded to butcher ulthuan and naggaroth in 8 turns.

Update:

- reworked all Unit Compilations, from Chaos to Warherds and Norsca Invasion in the South and each Army of Archaon, Birdman, Sigvaldi and Khollek

- more Armies to spawn, more Waves

- more Exp, higher Ranks

You will see very good high End Unit Compilations with high End Armies, some with more Exp.

Expect more hard Monsters combined with Chosen, Dragon Ogre Shaggoths, Armoured Trolls, Minotaurs, Giants, Wyrms, Mammoth etc. pp.

Reason:
Chaos should be a Force to be reckoned with, not just an Event, which is soon be gone...
Otherwise you could just deactivate it o.O

You are right - Ive raised the Imperium Level now by 2 Levels.

Its now automatic Invasion the first at 36 Settlement Points and and the later at 50.
Before that, i had it on 24 and 36.
Vanilla are 42 and 70.

If you dont hit the required Imp Level they will spawn at 135 and the big at 225.
Vanilla are 100 and 150.

Also, I really don't get it. Before this mod in my last campaign, I got so bored waiting for Chaos to spawn that I started conquering Lizardmen lands as The Empire because I had half of the Old World on Max-tier settlements already. What are the invasion requirements?

I've been using this mod, but I'm not really clear on how and when the game spawns the invasions. I play The Empire or High Elves and they (Legendary Lords) always spawn around turn 50-65 after a few confederations, which is pretty early! I can never go to war with Vampires or Dark Elves in time. Is this because of the Imperium Level? And how is that even calculated?

Should not be compatible with 5X Chaos Invasion for original. as it edits the Script.

The other one edits Chaos Units Values, like Number and Strength and should be fully compatible.

Choose mine or the 5x Chaos Invasion.

Had to do some more Tests and my last Minute Changes before uploading caused a Problem, because i inserted ONE Clamp " ( " too much, while adding one mandatory Cygor Unit for the Beastmen :-'(

Sorry for the Inconvenience, but now everything works fine, as Chaos spawned by doing several Turn Testing etc...

Just to confirm what the modder already said, this does bug out hard in save games. I had 3 consecutive turns of "Chaos Spawning" but nothing actually showed up.
