TF2 really needs a good all-class cultist outfit, and The Deadly Death Cultist 's chances were destroyed (read the comments section, it'll become obvious why).

Well, we do want it to get in. Thats why it was designed to not be overwhelmingly halloween. The original design had a skull under the hood instead of an ambiguous nothingness with eyes.
