@beaver basically if you don’t want or can’t have any sewage outputs in the water, this does it on land
beaver Jun 7, 2023 @ 11:27am
What exactly does this mod do?

The 4000$ water clarifier is charging 11000$

@GEPlayer Be sure not to have your pumping stations near your sewage treatment since they create some ground pollution, if your pumps are near that your citizens will get sick
Ben Aug 25, 2020 @ 12:09am
Greatly increased the discharge of sewage,Maybe the version has been updated

Can someone please share with me how to use these things? My whole city is sick because of dirty drinking water lol! I have the water treatment and clarifers setup just like in the picture, with pipes connecting eachother. The clarifers are a green color but the treatment plants are grey. I have the whole setup connected to a large water treatment plant. Im not using any vanilla assets for my water except thermoheated water.

This seems to have a graphical glitch with ignoring fog fx: https://imgur.com/a/31FSmNX

Also of note, if you use this without the transparency LOD fix, this building's LOD model works fine in fog. But with the fix, it'll have this problem from any viewing distance.

can you fix this for Winter? like when on a snow map, the snow ontop is shaped like a square and it looks really stupid. xD anyway u can fix?

@Ronyx69 Any idea on how to fix it?
Ronyx69  [author] Dec 29, 2017 @ 7:11am
@Thoralian Something to do with the sub buildings.
Thoralian Dec 29, 2017 @ 7:09am
Can anybody tell me why the basin and clarifier both cost 10010 when trying to place but on the stats menu in game AND in the assets editor page say they cost the correct amounts?
Ronyx69  [author] Dec 26, 2017 @ 8:13am
@MajorTahm I really have no idea how the game works lol, I only care about looks and have anything simulation based hidden or disabled. As far as I get it it just adds sewage treatment capacity and doesn't affect any water on the map or anything like that.

I'm probably using them wrong so I hope to find an explanation. I have them connected in series before the outfall drain. I don't notice any color change in the polution of my outflow buildings after placing these.

These facilities say sewage pumping capacity, what does that mean in the game in relation to the pumping and drain capacities? I'd imagine the basin should remove a quantity of polluted water, and the clarifier would create a smaller portion of clean water. Both creating waste for garbage trucks.

The models look really good though, I actually had to inspect some of these last week and they look quite real. So I'm really hoping to incorporate these.

@Protector of Ulthuan If LSM still hasn't been updated, you should disable it cause the update broke it.
Infinite5Void Oct 21, 2017 @ 7:37am

I've now relocated my sewage treatment to the side of a windy hill :)
Ronyx69  [author] Oct 17, 2017 @ 2:42am
@Jerenable Yeah but I'm lazy.
Jerenable Oct 17, 2017 @ 2:41am
you could set the asset not to have snow in mod tools, would be realistic cause the temperature of clarifiers IRL is always around 20 C
Ronyx69  [author] Oct 16, 2017 @ 11:44pm
@landandskygirl Yeah I never test any of my stuff on a winter map. The only way would be to make the water mesh be circles but that would increase the triangle count a lot.

Just realized there's definitely a major flaw in the design of the Clarifier. Any solution other than not using the clarifiers on winter maps?
Martian Oct 16, 2017 @ 2:35pm
nice, but looks weird in winter
surf2explore Oct 16, 2017 @ 12:23pm
Ok sorry you already answered my question. Just need to read
surf2explore Oct 16, 2017 @ 12:22pm
Is this the same like was already there ? Or is this one moving ?
Amayasnep Oct 16, 2017 @ 10:42am
Beautifully made and the propeller thing in the clarifier is a very nice touch. Would love to see more city service assets like this in the future. Cheers :steamhappy:
