Your game usually runs at 60 FPS,but it can play animations at 30 or whathever (30 is easier).
Basically you get 2 frames for 1,that is,you see all the frames 2 times and notice the "blockiness".
It can be fixed,but it takes animation skill (i dont doubt Eagle has it,but it also requires invesment in the project you are working on).
Im no animator,but i know one,and he spends a lot on them.
