@KevBal98 Hey sorry for the late answer but technically everything should work,
lets do it step by step maybe you forgot something.
First you add the Mod 1165234706 to your server, then you add this inside your Game.ini

That's just an example, but this should add the wyvern eggs inside the blue crates like in the picture over

The eggs shouldn't despawn once spawned or taken from the drop, if something isn't working maybe another mod is causing the issue, any mod related to those eggs would cause it

is this mod discontinued? Adding the spawn codes to beacons failed to work. I can spawn eggs in now that STAY. however adding them to beacons, once dropped on the ground they vanish. I had to move this mod to 2nd place in my load order to stop the vanishing from admincheat summoned eggs. And no, moving the mod to 1st isnt an option for testing.

Eggs vanish from my inventory after a few minutes and vanish instantly if dropped

Yes, only beacons, no nest, and you have to manualy add them by using like the application called 'Beacon'. Also, all the eggs are going to be level 1. I'll look into that but I doubt that we can actually something about it.
