@Rhya - I'm going to be honest, I haven't touched this in over 10 years. But I was late to playing Shogun 2. In Theory it should don't think any more factions were added to FotS after this.

@Snevgull - Thats strange the only thing that could really "break" it is any "big" mods that also change the spreadsheet I did. Any of the big rebalance mods will do that as they both overrule each other and both won't boot at best or crash at worse. What other mods did you use?

@CervicalSpear the only "big" update that was done after I did this was the Otomo I believe (Don't quote me on that its been a few years...) so as far as i'm aware onto the Otomo's faction units shouldn't be in this mod.

@ Snevriden You both need the mod for it to work, basically have the exact same mods active to make sure.

@ Bulkensy There can be conflicts if the two mods effect the same attribute. Anything that effects prices or upkeep will probably clash with this mod.

@trieticus - No. The changes are made on a spreadsheet, so without the custom entries on the spreadsheet they wouldn't work.

Best case scenario - My mod would work with the custom units but it would only apply to the base game units.

Worst case scenario - The custom units mod would cause conflict with my mod and vice versa.

@bt9453 - Yes it affects the AI too.

It favours the player in the early game but makes the middle a little harder while balancing out again at the end.

Hi I cant seem to get the mod working no matter what I do in fots, other mods work and even the shogun 2 version of this mod works in that campain but I cant seem to get this one working.

I have also tried turning off all other mods with no luck.

Is there anything that needs to be done to activate this mod other then subscribing and enabling it via the mod manager launcher?

Nope. Like I said, nothing that affects any units except for your mods.

I'm getting the building discounts, but not the unit or unit upkeep ones, and have no mods affecting any units.

@BenDocB - Yes but I found it seems to benefit the player more as the AI can pop out stacks regardless of size and accurate wealth.

In the early game you should notice it more, mid game it balances out.

@Kinglegbiter - I didn't want it to be too overpowered for the player :) After the games i've played I've found it pretty balanced this way.

if u do not want the ai to be afected u should make it for a single faction then it should work. this is a suggustion for anyone make mods hope it helps!

@Calico Jack Rackham - I do have a mod on that reduces the unit cost/upkeep. They usually work together for the most part but sudden change in income seems to be spontaneous. The fully upgraded farms being the only correlation.

I found that when I build fully upgraded farms that the income for the turn adds a "-", so I go from making 2000 koku to -2000 koku. Or 4000 koku down to -1000 koku. Actual income rate varying based on standing army size.

@hunglyong9x - Only thing I can think of is another mod is affecting the upkeep even if its one or two units it might be enough to stop it :)

the building price does go down but the unit upkeep stays the same for me. Do you know the reason why?

@Faroosh - Yes it does affect the AI BUT the AI get get much larger armies than they should be able to anyway. It evens the balance in the early game.

Faroosh, It most likely does since Mods like "1 Turn Research Times" and "Everything Costs 1 Gold" do affect the AI.
