Saw it around 2018 there the birds dont had really special abilitys and loved them for their model... and now there are totally amazing and a must have!
so much more immersive than the S+ hatchery and they look soooo adorable <3
helps that its cute too
About that dino despawning/dying right after spawn I already knew, it just Ark. That's why when I need meat, I wait a moment after babies hatch before I kill them. I just have to breed something next time, but I believe there shouldn't be any suprise deaths. If so, I will report it as well as new potential issues.
So far no problems with anything and no crashes. I was honestly preparing to disable the mod, because how long ago last update was, and here it is, surprise fix! Thanks!
@marowc91 & @khisanth: The insta killing was down to some premature calculations relating to max health. The only reason they seemingly vanished is default Ark behaviour, in that if a dino dies within a few seconds of spawning, it'll just get destroyed instead of actually dying and leaving a corpse. This should be fixed now too.
Lemme know if there's still issues.
This started happening with recent update that enabled Turkey Trial event.
There's a high chance that babies will die/disappear right after spawn when Confu already feeds dinos. Only workaround i've found is disable baby care and activate it after dino spawn (also babies deployed from cryopods). That way I haven't lost a single dino (yet).
An easiest way to reproduce this bug is using a "GiveInfiniteStatsToTarget" console command on a baby animal while baby care is active or anything that heals dino very fast. It will die for sure if it's below 10% maturation or whatever set max value at which Confu stops feeding.
