Engine limitations. Too many vertices and too many textures even for a modified compiler. That's why I had to separate it. I put all the rigged moving parts in the guns component and the static parts in the hull component, so you need to merge the hull into the guns, as doing the opposite will render the moving parts of the model static.
See the problem with US ships is that they have gargantuan amounts of AA guns and I simply do not have the patience to rig all of that. Not to mention it's possible the source engine cannot handle the amount of bones necessary for such ships.
