True, the hands are really ugly, but on the model they were not present. I had to get Heather hands from L4D2 model.

And not all models were good for NPCs, I added only those that were possible.

I have all the models, it's me that I can not do PM. So it is useless to continue asking for something that I am not able to do.
I also have Maria but it's the only model I see with the messy textures.

Finally I managed to get Heather's hands. They will not be very beautiful but at least they are hers.

Heather did not have a model for hands, so as not to leave the default model (which is man's hands) I used the hands of another addon.

Excuse me good sir, but these models don't seem to have FP hand models. Awesome content btw, I subscribed anyway.

These are the only models I've been able to find.

Unfortunately the models as they are are not suitable. We would need to modify its bones and animations, all things I can not do.

I've tried various models (On Silent Hill 3 Pack there are a dozen Heather models) but none of them fit as npc.
On the Workshop there is already Pyramid Head npc, here I wanted to put only the human characters. And then you see a Pyramid Head shooting at you with a rifle??? If could, it would be to do with Nextbot: would beautiful a Pyramid Head running behind you all over the map.

I tried to see if the models could be adapted as a playermodel, but the model skeleton needs to be modified, which I do not know how to do it.
I re-share the link from where I took the radgolls, so if there is someone skilled we could work on it. Everyone would like to have the SH's characters as a playermodels.

On the Workshop there was also a Silent Hill 2 Prop Pack with a map of room 312, unfortunately it was canceled. For my luck (because I'm paranoid and I never trust Steam users) I saved it. But I do not know if I can publish it, I do not want the author to make any problems.
