Go to the file 1091135816 and open the OneMillionColours.XComMod file (description file) (with wordpad or equivalent of it, add RequiresXPACK=true at the bottom and save. that'll shut up the game telling you the mod's missing its mod.
When I try using it, I have no sliders and all the mod-added colors are gone. If I disable the additional colors mods, there are still no sliders. But I disable this mod, then I do have the additional colors from the other mods.
Also I'm not using the EmptyNames mod.
War of the Chosen
NOT war of the chosen!
NOT WotC!
I didn't install any new mods, so I don't get why this is failing me.
I tried the fix mentioned here, and it sadly didn't work.
plz help XD
Error popup says "Error detected in [...]WotC Plugin file".
Can I ask how the color sliders work, and what sort of scale they use (CMYK, RGB, etc.?). It doesn't look like anything I'm familiar with...

If you're getting the error dialog box pop up that says "Error loading package" etc., see my posts in the comments of the base mod. The issue is with the base mod, not this WOTC patch.
Short version for fix:
Find the file OneMillionColours.XComMod in your steamapps/workshop/content directory and open it in notepad. Add "RequiresXPACK=true" (without quotes) on a new line below the description.

$5 says you don't have the listed required mod
the new stock launcher seems to cause more problems with certain mixtures of non-wotc + wotc mods. (which this mod needs)
Comments below seem to lead me to believe it is related to this update.
If you read the same thing appearing twice in the Compability section of 2 different mods, chances are they do cause conflicts.
